About the R&D Cell
Bhagwan Aadinath College of Education (BACE), established in 2015 under the Digambar Jain Education Welfare Society, is a NAAC Grade “A”, UGC Autonomous, NCTE-recognised minority institution. One of its stated academic aims is to develop research facilities in Teacher Education. The Research & Development Cell coordinates this mandate — nurturing faculty scholarship, student inquiry, and practice-oriented studies that improve classroom teaching and community engagement.
Teacher Education Focus
Prioritise classroom pedagogy, assessment reforms, inclusive education, NEP 2020 implementation, and school internship studies.
Capacity Building
Organise seminars, conferences, workshops, and FDPs; support faculty participation in external academic events.
Collaboration
Strengthen MoUs and linkages with educational institutes and organisations for exchange, internship, and joint academic work.

- Faculty development programmes on research methodology and academic writing
- Proposal clinics for education research and action research in schools
