By visiting, registering, or submitting applications on BACE.org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable rules of Bhagwan Aadinath College of Education (BACE), NCTE, UGC, and the affiliating university.
2. Admission & Academic Eligibility
- Submission of an online application does not guarantee automatic admission. Admissions are strictly subject to merit rank, eligibility verification, seat availability, and document validation.
- Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, marks, and uploaded certificates are authentic and accurate.
- Furnishing false, forged, or misleading documents will result in immediate cancellation of admission and legal action under statutory rules.
3. Online Fee Payments & Refund Policy
All application fees, tuition fees, and examination fees paid through the online portal are governed by official institutional regulations:
- Application processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- In case of duplicate payment due to technical gateway timeouts, the excess amount will be refunded back to the original source account within 7 working days upon verification.
- Admission cancellation refunds are processed in strict accordance with UGC / NCTE refund guidelines applicable for the current academic session.
4. Student Code of Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policies
Enrolled students must adhere to the campus code of discipline. BACE enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy towards:
- Ragging in any form (punishable under UGC anti-ragging guidelines & Indian Penal Code).
- Cyber harassment, unauthorized website disruption, or portal hacking attempts.
- Academic dishonesty, exam misconduct, or damage to college property.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, college crest, logos, syllabus materials, software scripts, and web designs published on BACE.org are the exclusive property of Bhagwan Aadinath College of Education. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
While the College makes every effort to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the website, we are not liable for transient network delays, server downtime, or errors arising from third-party payment gateways.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to website usage or admissions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lalitpur / Allahabad High Court, Uttar Pradesh.
