Download DetailsBhagwan Aadinath College of Education is a quality conscious college. It protects its own environment with its green campus initiative and keeps a pollution-free campus. Environmental development is a core component of the educational policies implemented on the campus. The green atmosphere of the college is largely due to extensive tree plantation. There are different types of trees and plants in the campus that help to maintain the ecosystem.
Planting of saplings by the Management, Principal, Teachers, Students and Staff at various functions naturally builds an eco-consciousness into the college practices. Planting a large number of trees in surrounding villages is also one of the regular features of the NSS Camps.
Green Campus Initiatives
Our Environmental Policy Guidelines
To create awareness regarding environmental policy amongst the students, management and nearby villagers.
As per the Govt. rules and regulations, tobacco-free campus signboards are displayed. A pollution-free campus is maintained by strictly avoiding tobacco, pan-masala, and chewing on the campus.
To sensitize the students and staff regarding the proper use of drinking water, for which purified (RO aqua-guard) drinking water facilities are provided on the campus.
To implement 'Rain Water Harvesting' on the campus. Rainwater from the college roof is collected and percolated into the land through bore wells.
To encourage the use of public transport, carpooling, or bicycles to save fuel and avoid environmental pollution, promoted via circulars by the Principal.
To maximize the use of ICT and minimize the use of paper, driving the institution towards a 'Paperless Office'.
To manage solid waste through vermin-compost on the campus and use it as a fertilizer.
To reduce sound pollution by building seating arrangements in the natural shade of trees in our campus.
To ensure cleanliness by deploying Dry and Wet dustbins across the college campus.
